2423493774 py/obj: Change sizeof to offsetof in mp_obj_malloc_var macro. 
Following b6a9778484, to properly calculate
the size of the variable-length allocation.

45ac651d1a all: Rename *umodule*.c to remove the "u" prefix. 
Updates any includes, and references from Makefiles/CMake.

This essentially reverts what was done long ago in commit
136b5cbd76
