gsk: Fix rotated texture scale nodes

This was causing us to render rotated texture scale
nodes to an unclipped offscreen, bringing 'giant
intermediate texture' problems back.

For whatever reason, meson decides to use custom
target names in the file system, and on Windows,
the ':' is causing trouble here. So avoid it.
