0492ba73e2 Drop gdk_surface_new_temp
GTK is not using this API anymore, and we want
to consolidate our surface types to just toplevels
and popups.

15544815ab Drop GtkWindowType
GtkWindow is always a toplevel now, so we don't
need to pass a type to the constructor anymore.

Adjust all callers.
